1. Memberships & Master Classes

1.1 Monthly Memberships:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• You can cancel your membership at any time. Reach out to us for refund requests—please do not submit for credit card fraud if unsatisfied. This costs small businesses extra time and money outside of the initial refund amount.
• No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.
• Members agree not to share login credentials or content with non-members. Unauthorized sharing may result in termination without refund.

1.2 Master Classes & Courses:

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is available.
• Course materials are for personal use only and cannot be redistributed, resold, or shared.
• 14-Day Risk-Free Guarantee: If this program is not quite what you expected, we will refund you within 14 days of purchase. As this is a work-in-progress, we welcome feedback to improve the learning material and enhance lessons.

2. Digital Downloads & Intellectual Property

2.1 Downloadable Content:

• All eBooks, templates, and resources purchased are final sale—no refunds after purchase.
• Download links expire after a set period or number of downloads. If you experience issues, contact support at [email protected].

2.2 Intellectual Property Rights:

• All content, including text, videos, images, and course materials, is owned by Neo Sugar Rush LLC and is protected by copyright laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without express written permission.

3. Payments, Chargebacks & Refund Policy

3.1 Payment Processing:

• We accept major credit cards and secure third-party payment processors.
• By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

3.2 Refund & Chargeback Policy:

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy for a product.
• Master Classes and Ala-carte Classes: 14-day risk-free refund available.
• Monthly Memberships: Refunds may be available upon request. Do not submit fraudulent chargebacks.
• Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact [email protected] before disputing a charge with your bank.
• Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be banned from future purchases and may face legal action.
