Master the art of beautiful bakery-style macarons in this fun, hands-on 4-hour workshop! You'll learn the Italian meringue method - a professional technique used to create the same delicate, crisp shells and chewy centers that French macarons are famous for, with an emphasis on consistency and reliability.

Throughout the class, you'll work alongside me as we make macarons from start to finish. You'll learn essential techniques, common troubleshooting tips, and the little details that make all the difference.

During class, you'll:

  • Mix and pipe your own macarons

  • Bake your shells

  • Prepare and fill your macarons

  • Learn tips for achieving consistent results at home

  • Take home your own finished batch to enjoy and share
