The Halloween Wars Experience: Pumpkin Carving & Caramel Apple Workshop
Join Food Network stars Emerlie Ann Miller and Alan Silva for an unforgettable evening of Halloween creativity, behind-the-scenes stories, and hands-on spooky fun!
This exclusive Halloween experience brings together two different sides of the Halloween Wars world: professional pumpkin carving and sugar artistry.
Alan Silva is a professional pumpkin carver and airbrush artist known for his incredible carving skills and appearances on Food Network’s Halloween Wars and Outrageous Pumpkins.
Emerlie Ann Miller, owner of Neo Sugar Rush, is an award-winning sugar artist, pastry chef, and Food Network competitor with nearly 20 TV episode appearances known for her elaborate edible creations. As seen on Santa's Baking Blizzard, Holiday Wars, The Big Bake, and Halloween Wars x3.
Together, Emerlie and Alan competed as Team Two Ghouls and a Butcher on Season 14 of Halloween Wars All-Stars, becoming a fan-favorite team and making it to the semi-finals with a third-place finish. Emerlie later returned for Season 15 of Halloween Wars, continuing her journey as a Food Network competitor.
Now, they are bringing their competition experience to an intimate, hands-on Halloween workshop!
During this special event, guests will:
🎃 Learn beginner-friendly pumpkin carving techniques from Alan Silva and create their own carved pumpkin masterpiece
🍎 Create and decorate four gourmet caramel apples with Emerlie Ann Miller, learning professional decorating techniques using caramel, candy melts, and spooky toppings
✨ Enjoy behind-the-scenes stories and insights from the world of Food Network competitions
🍬 Experience a special tasting inspired by the creators’ competition journey
📸 Take photos, connect with fellow Halloween enthusiasts, and enjoy a unique evening creating alongside two Halloween artists
Guests will leave with their own carved pumpkin, four decorated caramel apples, and a special surprise inspired by Emerlie and Alan’s competition creations.

All bookings are final and non-refundable due to the limited availability and preparation required for this event. If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another person or moved to another available workshop with prior approval.
