About Your Instructor:
All classes are taught by Emerlie Ann Miller of Neo Sugar Rush, an award-winning pastry chef, sugar artist, and Food Network champion known for creating gravity-defying cakes, hyper-realistic edible props, and show-stopping sugar art.
After spending years running her own custom wedding cake business, Emerlie now shares the professional techniques she's developed through real client work, national television competitions, and years of teaching.
As an award-winning television pastry chef, Emerlie has appeared in nearly 20 episodes of nationally televised baking competitions, including Halloween Wars Seasons 13, 14, and 15, Holiday Wars, The Big Bake, and Santa's Baking Blizzard. Her classes are designed to make even advanced techniques approachable through clear, hands-on instruction in a fun, supportive environment.
